Creative Alliances began its path working exclusively within the residential real estate market. Many of the products in the Creative Alliances portfolio have attained significant national industry recognition, including that of Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Prudential, EXiT and RE/MAX.
Over the years, the portfolio of products and services has broadened. Maintaining many of the same core principles, but now reaching out to virtually any industry.
Over the past 20 years, Alan Pyles has utilized internal sales teams, external sales teams and eventually found success in matching companies: Some needing additional products, others seeking distribution, bringing these together often required a “creative alliance”…thus a business was formed.
We now seek Individuals, organizations and networks that wish to represent our company, usually focusing on a specific industry segment. Likewise, we welcome the opportunity to provide an embedded private solution for larger businesses, organizations and trade groups. Such programs can be designed to either increase member value, or serve as a strong source of non-dues revenue.
While real estate represented our roots and remains a significant portion of our business, we enjoy strong relationships in the Mortgage, Non-Profit, Employee Recruiting, Technology Groups and Chambers of Commerces. We look forward to the decades ahead and the new business relationships that will be forged in the process.
JONATHAN NICHOLAS: Channel Partner
Jonathan is Channel Partner for the Creative Alliances Agent Recruiting e-newsletter. Agent Recruiting is designed for brokers and managers to use to both communicate to their own agent network, but more importantly, target new and transferring agents. Jonathan is also the founder and President of The Company CEO, a virtual consulting firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The company provides just-in-time consultation services to solo-preneurs and c-level executives worldwide.
Previously Nicholas served for seven years as the EVP/Regional Director for a Midwest based master franchisor overseeing the day-to-day operations of over 100 franchised offices and 1800 sales associates. Under his oversight the organization grew to the top market share position by producing over $4.5 Billion in volume. A feat that could only be achieved by providing a myriad of support services and expertise that included: consulting/coaching, career track education, talent search/recruitment, public relations, media buying, management training and profitability insight to the master-franchiser’s affiliates.
A second generation REALTOR® Nicholas received his real estate license at age 18. At age 22 he opened his first brokerage company and quickly grew that company’s single family property management division to the largest in the state by controlling over 3000 REO properties. He has been both an entrepreneur and senior management executive for over 18 years and in that time has owned three companies, led three training organizations and in addition has participated in the acquisition, merger and development of others.
HONORS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
As a speaker, change-master, and strategist on business and sales performance topics both nationally and abroad, he feels his driving purpose in life is to “improve other people’s lives.” This enduring purpose requires him to be a change master to those he engages through his entertaining and motivational style. His talents as a catalyst are sought out by those looking for new insight, and methods to overcome the status quo. Nicholas is a frequent contributor to the national media including: The Wall Street Journal, Money Magazine, Chicago Tribune, Robb Report, This Old House, Bankrate.com and Real Estate Business magazine. Nicholas serves as the 2008 National President of the CRB Council and on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS®.
